Holiday Drink

1 bottle sweet white wine
1/2 2-liter bottle Sprite
1 C. sugar
1/4-1/3 C. strawberry Schnapps
Fresh cut strawberries

Mix together and serve over ice.

Blueberry Cheesecake

1 can blueberry pie filling
1 medium tub Cool-Whip
2 8-oz. packages cream cheese, softened
1 C. sugar
1 graham cracker crust in 9" x 13" pan

Beat sugar and cream cheese together. Fold in Cool-Whip and blueberry pie filling. Pour into crust and chill. Makes 12-15 servings.
